Alpha Solutions has started in 2010 by founders as a name of Smartphy, Inc. Smartphy has been focusing on realizing competitive solutions for high speed interconnects based on innovations in PLL, SerDes. In 2014, Smartphy has been acquired by Alpha Chips, Inc and continued its development. In 2016, Alpha Chips, inc. has spin off Alpha Solutions Inc. Also Alpha Chips, inc. has been renamed as Alpha Holdings, inc. to expand the business area from semiconductor business to wider BT and IT area. Currently, Alpha Solutions Inc. is 100% owned by Alpha Holdings (www.alphachips.com).   Alpha Solutions has been continuously developing technologies for high speed SerDes solutions. The IP solutions have been implemented in process technologies ranging from 130nm to 7nm.

1. Analog Designer * 필요자격: 학사 - 전자회로/신호및시스템/반도체공학 수강 석사 - Analog 설계경험 (PLL, SerDes, Equalizer 등) * 예상업무: High Speed SerDes Design (Up to over 10Gbps SerDes. 10nm 급 FinFET 설계)
 
2. Digital Engineer * 필요자격: 학사 - 디지털회로설계/VLSI/반도체공학 수강 석사 - RTL 설계경험 (Verilog/VHDL), FPGA 구현경험 * 예상업무: SerDes 관련 Logic design, FPGA 구현 및 검증, ASIC/SoC 설계 및 개발
